Specifying paper size and scaling your documents is done through the Page Attributes section of the Page Setup dialog box.

You should make your paper size the same as you did for the setup tab in the Print dialog menu.

Please leave the orientation portrait and scale at 100%.

When you open this window initially the following will be checked.

·Substitute Fonts
·Smooth Text
·Smooth Graphics

You will need to uncheck all of these.

At this point you can now click the "OK" button to return to the Quark print dialog window.

Click on the printer button to finish up the postscript settings and to select a destination.

When building a PDF your destination will always be a "File."
